Evolution Insurance Company Ltd is authorised and regulated in Gibraltar by the Financial Services Commission. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Evolution Holdings Ltd which is a
private company incorporated in Gibraltar. Our knowledge of both traditional insurance products and the banking industry have given us a reputation for providing innovative solutions
to a client base covering many different areas of business.

What we do:

We specialise in providing insurance facilities for associations, insurance brokers, managing agents and other third party professionals so that they can offer properly regulated insurance policies to their client base. Additionally, we also work closely with reinsurance providers to enable them to access direct business which they would otherwise be prohibited from underwriting due to regulatory restrictions.

We also specialise in providing policies to clients who have a need for surety bonds and guarantees.

In all cases we work closely with intermediaries, clients, professional advisors and reinsurers to ensure that a mutually acceptable long-term solution is effected.
